Prestige E Mercedes C Class W204 conversion comprises:

The front bumper is a complete replacement unit with restyled larger air vents in addition to LED day running lights and fog lights.

The side skirts with rear air vents lower the side profile

The rear bumper with cut out for twin exhaust a carbon diffuser, F1 break lamp and meshed vent 

The optional Wide-Body extension kit, In 10 pieces.
Consists of:
2 complete vented front arches
2 cover extension pieces on to the front bumper
6 wide vented wheel arch extensions, on to the rear bumper and rear doors
